Key Responsibilities:
The successful PGA Head Professional will be responsible for a diverse range of duties, crucial to the smooth operation and continued success of our Pro Shop and the overall member experience. These include:

Pro Shop Management: Efficient day-to-day administration and running of the Pro Shop, ensuring a welcoming and organised space.

Green Fee Management: Overseeing and managing all green fee bookings and visitor enquiries.

Coaching & Tuition: Providing high-quality golf coaching and tuition across all levels, from beginners to advanced players, fostering skill development and enjoyment.

Club Services: Expert club fittings and comprehensive equipment repairs, ensuring members have perfectly suited and maintained gear.

Retail Sales: Driving Pro Shop retail sales, managing stock, and offering expert advice on golf equipment and apparel.

Member Engagement: Active liaison and networking with members, building strong relationships, and enhancing their club experience.

Event Support: Assisting with the organisation and running of club competitions and events.
