At last, the Lewes Golf Club Pro-Am
The much-anticipated Lewes Pro-Am returned on Friday, April 26th, and it was a resounding success! We at Lewes Golf Club are incredibly grateful for the continued sponsorship of M.J Zara Associates, whose support plays a vital role in making this event possible.
The weather could have been better with damp predominantly damp conditions but at least there was little wind. It was widely acknowledged that the course was in pristine condition, with many participants raving about the recently renovated bunkers. #CourseConditions #NewBunkers
AJ Richardson Shines!
AJ Richardson was the star of the show, carding a phenomenal individual score of 66 – a staggering 3 shots better than his closest competitors, Calum Callan and Giles Velvick, who both shot impressive 69s. #IndividualWinner #LowScore
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!
Richardson's brilliance continued into the team competition. He led his team, consisting of Matt Hart, Toby Morrall, and Andy Webber, to a dominant victory with a combined score of a whopping 89 points! Congratulations to all involved! #TeamChampions

A Day to Remember:
A total of 84 players took part in the Pro-Am, including 21 professional golfers showcasing their skills, making for a truly exciting day of golf. The atmosphere was electric, with a fantastic mix of competitive spirit, camaraderie, and pure enjoyment of the sport. Once again we must thank Tim Brewster and his fabulous, dedicated greenkeeping team for their tireless dedication in preparing the course in such an outstanding condition on the day.
